NCAA Tournament 2012 Schedule, Bracket And More: California Vs. USF Headlines Play-In Game Action

The California Golden Bears had a fine season in 2011-2012 and were rewarded with a No. 12 seed for the NCAA Tournament. While most felt the Bears had done enough to avoid having to prove themselves in the first round play-in game, there is nothing left to do now but go out and compete. California will take on the South Florida Bulls on Wednesday night for the chance to advance and take on Temple this Friday.

The Bulls are awful offensively, but they play excellent defense and attack the boards for all 40 minutes. If the Bears hope to have any chance of winning they're going to have to knock down shots from outside and not allow easy second-chance opportunities to USF.

Start Time: Tipoff is set for 9 p.m. ET, which is 6 p.m. in Berkeley.

TV Coverage: TruTV will broadcast the game live. Check their official website to find the local listings for your neck of the woods.

Online Stream: For those of you who get TruTV at your home, you can also get the action streamed live for free through their website. Sign in with your username and password and follow the instructions given.

Odds: The Bears are favored by 2.5 points.
