2011 Holiday Bowl Start Time, TV Schedule, Radio Coverage And More

The 2011 Holiday Bowl is finally here and if recent games are any indication fans should expect a thrilling showdown out of San Diego. The game seemingly comes down to a late play or two every season and the California Golden Bears and Texas Longhorns appear to be two very evenly matched teams. Here is all of the game day coverage for the Pac-12/Big-12 showdown.

Start Time: Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. from Qualcomm Stadium. That's 8:00 p.m. on the east coast.

TV Coverage: ESPN will broadcast the game live. Rece Davis will handle the play-by-play duties, Craig James and Jesse Palmer will unfortunately serve as the analysts and Jenn Brown will report from the sidelines.

Local Radio: KGO 810-AM will have the game in the Bay Area with Joe Starkey and Troy Taylor calling the action. The game can also be heard online at CalBears.com through the All-Access section.

National Radio: ESPN Radio will have the game, with Bill Rosinski and David Norrie calling the action. Joe Schad will report from the field.

Weather: This may come as a shock, but it's going to be absolutely beautiful in San Diego for the game. Temperatures will be right around 60 degrees at kickoff, with no rain in the forecast.
