The Big Game is here and it comes with big BCS implications in 2011.
After a tough loss to Oregon, the Stanford Cardinal are looking to take their frustrations out on their rival and get back on track for a big time bowl game. For the Cal Golden Bears, a win over the Cardinal would be huge for the program and could propel them into a much better bowl game next month.
The Cardinal will be without two of their best receiving options with Chris Owusu and tight end Zach Ertz ruled out for the game. Other than these two, though, Stanford will be healthy heading into the Pac-12 showdown.
California has been relatively healthy throughout the season and will only be without linebackers Chris McCain and David Wilkerson later this evening. The Bears will need all hands on deck if they hope to pull the huge upset.
