New Cal head coach Sonny Dykes is starting to fill out his staff, and on Sunday it was announced that he is bringing in Andy Buh to be the team's defensive coordinator, according to CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman.

This move brings back Buh to the Bay Area as he was the linebackers coach with Stanford from 2007 through 2009. Buh was the team's linebackers coach in 2007, and then was promoted to co-defensive coordinator for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Buh also spent two seasons in Cal back in '00-'01, when he was a defensive administrator assistant.

For the past two seasons Buh has been the defensive coordinator for the Nevada Wolf Pack. During those years the Wolf Pack defense has not performed all that well. In 2011, the defense was 53rd nationally and then this season the defense was worse at 95th in the nation, which equates to 442 yards per game.
