Following the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs, the first 24 picks in the 2013 NFL Draft are set. While the Raiders are locked into the No. 3 pick, the 49ers' draft slot is yet to be determined.

The 49ers can pick no earlier than No. 25 and would pick no earlier than No. 29 if they are able to knock off the Green Bay Packers this weekend. San Francisco is one of two NFC West teams with undetermined draft position, as the Seattle Seahawks are also still alive.

The other two NFC West teams are locked into the draft now. The Arizona Cardinals will pick seventh while the Rams will pick No. 16 and No. 22. Their second first-round pick comes from the Washington Redskins, who were eliminated over the weekend by Seattle.
