49ers' Brandon Jacobs continues to pout on Twitter

Brandon Jacobs shows his displeasure with his 49ers role on social media.

A few weeks after tweeting that you "shouldn't work where you hate your boss," San Francisco 49ers running back Brandon Jacobs continued to ruffle some feathers via his Twitter and Instagram accounts in the last few days, mostly by posting pictures of himself while with the New York Giants.

Jacobs, who has appeared in just two games with the 49ers and has five carries for seven yards, seems dismayed about his role with the team this season. He left the Giants to presumably take over some of the load from starting running back Frank Gore.

"I am on this team rotting away so why would I wanna put any pics up of anything that say niners." Jacobs wrote in the comments section of an Instagram photo of him in a Giants uniform. "This is by far the worst year I ever had, I'll tell you like I told plenty others."

Jacobs, who said he only had photos of himself in Giants gear, has posted more-recent photos of himself in a 49ers uniform. Jacobs then went to Twitter to explain his frustration.

"I don't understand why people are angry at me because I wanna do what I am paid to do, I am a competitive person," Jacobs wrote. "I think people should be mad if I didn't wanna play."
