49ers vs. Cardinals injury report: Vernon Davis doesn't practice Wednesday

San Francisco took some major blows in a loss to the Seahawks, and now their injury report following Wednesday's practice is cause for some concern.

After losing wide receiver Mario Manningham for the season with a torn ACL and PCL, the San Francisco 49ers were also missing tight end Vernon Davis during Wednesday's practice in preparation for the Week 17 game vs. the Arizona Cardinals.

Davis was injured on a hit by Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor and suffered a concussion. He did not practice and remains questionable to play against the Cardinals on Sunday. Defensive lineman Justin Smith also did not practice as he deals with an elbow injury suffered against the New England Patriots. In his absence, the defense has struggled to rush the passer.

The 49ers will look to get as healthy as possible heading into the playoffs, but before they do so, they'll need to work to defeat the division rival Cardinals as they chase a first-round bye in the playoffs.

The full team injury report is as follows:

Ahmad Brooks, linebacker, shoulder
Tarell Brown, cornerback, shoulder, knee
Clark Haggans, linebacker, shoulder
Bruce Miller, fullback, shoulder
Carlos Rogers, cornerback, knee, toe
