Here is the latest injury report for the San Francisco 49ers as they prepare for a critical Sunday night tilt with the New England Patriots.
The 49ers have four players still participating in limited capacity. Linebacker Tavares Gooden has ribs issues, and wide receiver Mario Manningham, fullback Bruce Miller and linebacker Aldon Smith are all dealing with shoulder problems.
Those 49ers who are participating in fully with nagging injuries includes many of the usual cast of characters. Kicker David Akers (pelvis), linebacker NaVorro Bowman (shoulder), cornerback Chris Culliver (knee), runninng back Frank Gore (wrist), cornerback Tarell Borwn (shoulder), cornerback Carlos Rogers (knee), linebacker Patrick Willis (shoulder) and defensive tackle Will Tukuafo (wrist).
The Patriots do have one prominent player who isn't practicing in tight end Rob Gronkowski (who has forearm and hip issues). Defensive tackle Kyle Love was limited with non-injury related issues. A host of players were limited in practice, including Brandon Spikes, Brandon Lloyd, Aaron Hernandez, and Wes Welker.
