NFC West standings, Week 9

The 6-2 San Francisco 49ers are in first-place in the NFC West.

The San Francisco 49ers had a bye in Week 9, and they remain in first-place in the NFC West division, two losses ahead of the Seattle Seahawks.

The Seahawks defeated Minnesota, 30-20, on Sunday to improve to 4-0 on the season. The Seahawks also improved to 5-0 at home.

After opening the season with four consecutive wins, the Arizona Cardinals have lost five straight to fall to 4-5 on the year and in third-place in the NFC West. The Cardinals lost on the road versus the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, 31-17. The Cardinals are averaging just 76.2 yards per game rushing for the season, which ranks 31st in the league.

The Rams have lost three straight games heading into their Week 9 bye. St. Louis is 3-5 on the season and is preparing for a division showdown with the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.

Arizona will have a bye in Week 10, while the Seahawks will host the New York Jets.
