Just three weeks after tying 24-24, the San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams will square off again, this time at the Edwards Jones Dome in St. Louis. San Francisco enters the game at almost full-strength, with only tight end Demarcus Dobbs officially out for Sunday's contest. Safety Darcel McBath is listed as questionable with a concussion, but he did pass the contact test on Friday and expects to play on Sunday.
The Rams will be without linebacker Mario Haggan, and are hopeful wide receiver Danny Amendola, currently listed as doubtful, will play Sunday. Amendola had 11 catches for 102 yards in the first meeting with the 49ers.
