Rams vs. 49ers: Game time, TV schedule, injury updates and more

The 49ers and the Rams are both undefeated in divisional play.

There aren't a whole lot of similarities in the 2012 trajectories of the San Francisco 49ers and the St. Louis Rams. But when the teams play on Sunday, only one NFC West team will remain undefeated in divisional play.

Both teams are 2-0 against the rest of the NFC West, but that is about where it ends. The 49ers at 6-2 are one of top teams in the NFC and average a league low 12.9 points a game. Unlike previous 49ers squad, the offense hasn't been all that bad either.

49ers quarterback Alex Smith is coming off of a game where he threw 18-for-19 for 232 yards and three touchdowns. He ranks fourth in the league with a 102.1 passer rating.

The Rams meanwhile went up 7-0 on the Patriots before losing 45-7 in their last game. Both teams are coming off of bye weeks. The Rams offense should get a nice boost from the return of wide receiver Danny Amendola from a broken collarbone. Amendola leads the Rams with 32 catches for 395 yards.
