The San Francisco 49ers will look to make it two wins in a row as they welcome in the Buffalo Bills to Candlestick Park this Sunday in a Week 5 matchup.
The Niners would like to replicate their performance from last week, where they thoroughly dominated the New York Jets. San Francisco held the Jets to just 145 total yards and forced four New York turnovers in the victory. Frank Gore, Kendall Hunter and Colin Kaepernick each had rushing touchdowns and Carlos Rogers returned a fumble 51 yards for a touchdown in the 34-0 victory.
Buffalo is coming off a 52-28 loss to the New England Patriots last week which saw the Bills defense give up 45 points in the second half to the high powered New England offense. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 350 yards and four touchdowns for the Bills, but six costly turnovers doomed the Bills in the end.
Niners running back Brandon Jacobs (knee) and defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga (ankle, knee) both practiced this week and should be available for Sunday's game.
