The San Francisco 49ers are looking to knock off another AFC East foe this weekend as the Buffalo Bills come to town. The 49ers are 4-1 this season, while the Bills are 2-2. Here is a look at their injury reports for this weekend.

San Francisco has announced cornerback Carlos Rogers is questionable for the game with an ankle injury. Most believe he will play. Starting defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga is also questionable with a knee and ankle issue. If he is unable to go, versatile lineman Ricky Jean-Francois will make the start. Running back Brandon Jacobs is yet to play this season and is listed as questionable, and he could see time in short-yardage situations if he does suit up.

The Bills have announced starting tackle Cordy Glenn, DT Spencer Johnson and guard Kraig Urbik are all out with ankle injuries. Fortunately for their offense, tight end Scott Chandler is probable. Chandler was hit hard in the head last week and some feared he had suffered a minor concussion, but it appears the training staff feels he is healthy enough to play. C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson were not among the players listed.
