At 5-2, the San Francisco 49ers currently hold sole possession of first place in the NFC West, but that position will be on the line when they play the Arizona Cardinals on Monday.

San Francisco has a one game lead on both the Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks. The 49ers will travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals on Monday Night Football. The game will be San Francisco's second of three straight NFC West contests. They will play the St. Louis Rams following the bye week. Monday's game is scheduled to kickoff at 5:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on ESPN.

The Oakland Raiders will also face a division opponent on the road in Week 8 when they travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders are 2-4 on the season following their 26-23 win against Jacksonville last week. Both of their wins have come at home as they are 0-3 on the road this season.
