Running back Brandon Jacobs, receiver Mario Manningham and offensive tackle Joe Staley are questionable for the San Francisco 49ers' Thursday night game against the Seattle Seahawks, the team said in Wednesday's injury report.
Jacobs, however, has been fully participating in Jim Harbaugh's practices since Monday despite his recovery from a knee injury. Manningham has been dealing with a shoulder issue and has been limited in practices, while Staley has also been limited because he has yet to pass concussion tests.
Staley said Tuesday that he was symptom free.
Seattle will be without guard John Moffitt, who has struggled to return from a knee injury suffered several weeks ago. Cornerback Byron Maxwell, who has a sore hamstring, is questionable for the Seahawks while safety Kam Chancellor is probable after participating in full practice on Wednesday despite dealing with a sore ankle.
