Heading into their Week 6 matchup with the New York Giants, the San Francisco 49ers are nearly completely healthy. San Francisco listed just three players on its injury report, and none have missed practice time this week.

Quarterback Alex Smith sprained a finger on his right hand against the Buffalo Bills last week, but the injury hasn't hampered him this week. Smith was a full participant in Thursday's practice. It was the second straight day Smith practiced fully.

Running back Brandon Jacobs, who missed time earlier this season with a knee injury, has also practiced fully this week. Jacobs was healthy enough to play last week but was inactive against the Bills. Punter Andy Lee has been playing with a hand injury for the majority of the season, but he continues to play through it. Lee has worn a cast on his hand, but he was a full participant again on Thursday.

While the 49ers are healthy, New York listed 13 players on its Thursday practice report. Three players did not practice for the Giants on Thursday. Five others, including star wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, were limited participants. Thursday's injury report for both teams can be found at 49ers.com.
