Snedeker has had a solid year, taking home a $10 million grand prize just four months ago at the FedEx Cup. Two weeks ago he came in second to Tiger Woods, and last week he came in second to Phil Mickelson. This time around, he went virtually unchallenged.
Though Chris Kirk applied some pressure on the back nine, Snedeker came out on top. He moves up to No. 4 in the world with the win. This is a major tournament, which provided an opportunity for Snedeker to earn some much deserved recognition.
He finished with a 65 on Sunday; 19 under par.
1 Brandt Snedeker -- $1,170,000
2 Chris Kirk -- $702,000
