Sunday brings with it the final day of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. The United States will enter the final day of the two-week-plus-long event trying to pick up at least one more gold medal: their second straight in men's basketball. The U.S. has a commanding lead in the medal count, both in total medals and gold medals. They will finish in the top spot in both categories, ahead of second-place China.

What will the final totals be? We will all find out after Sunday.

Here is how the top five looks in the latest medal count:

  1. United States, 102 (44 gold, 29 silver, 29 bronze)
  2. China, 87 (38, 27, 22)
