The Bay Area NASCAR drivers have had a rough season so far. Jeff Gordon has been dealing with a frustrating run of bad luck throughout the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and AJ Allmendinger has been suspended for failing a drug test.
On Sunday, Gordon and Allmendinger's replacement driver, Sam Hornish Jr., will be driving in the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the famous track nicknamed the Magic Mile. Gordon will be in the No. 8 spot in the starting lineup and desperately needs a win.
The green flag is scheduled to wave at 10:16 a.m. PT. This will be the final race televised on TNT this season. There IS live streaming of the race today, which can be found at NASCAR.com's "RaceBuddy" site.
