One of the most anticipated days in all of sport is finally upon us as the 2012 Masters gets under way Thursday morning at Augusta National.
Tiger Woods is fresh off his victory at Bay Hill, while defending U.S. Open Champion Rory McIlroy is hunger for redemption after his 2011 collapse here. Three time champion Phil Mickelson also performs well here, while newcomers have been coming out of the woodwork lately, like Charl Schwartzl last year.
Now 2012 is here for a new chapter to be written, and it all starts with the honorary tee-time at 7:40 a.m. ET of Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player; a great way to start the tournament off to say the least.
