The Chargers should consider themselves lucky as they were the only AFC West team to escape Week 9 without an injury to a key player.
The Raiders could be without running back Darren McFadden this coming weekend against the Baltimore Ravens. McFadden had X-rays taken on his leg during yesterday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While the X-rays turned out negative, he was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and is doubtful for Sunday.
Things aren't looking good on the offensive line in the Mile High City. Denver Broncos starting guard Chris Kuper left Sunday's win over the Cincinnati Bengals with a left leg injury and did not return. His status is questionable for the Broncos' upcoming game against the Carolina Panthers.
Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs took a beating in Thursday night's game against the San Diego Chargers. Running back Jamaal Charles and tackle Jeff Allen both left the game to be examined for concussions. Charles tested negative but is still questionable their game with the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday. Allen tested positive for a concussion; his status is also questionable. Defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey suffered a calf injury and is questionable for Week 10.
As for the Chargers, they got out of Week 9 relatively injury free. Linebacker Antwan Barnes suffered a leg injury; he's questionable for the Chargers' game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
