The San Francisco 49ers might have a chance of fielding a fully healthy team this week when they battle the Buffalo Bills unday afternoon at home. Everyone practiced in some capacity.

Limited practice for the 49ers: Linebacker NaVorro Bowman is recovering from a right shoulder injury, Carlos Rogers has an ankle issue, and nose tackle Isaac Sopoaga is limited because of left leg issues with knee and ankle sprains.

Full practice for the 49ers: Brandon Jacobs has now practiced in full twice this week as he recovers from a left knee sprain. Punter Andy Lee had a knee issue, but he had no trouble practicing.

The Buffalo Bills are less fortunate. Offensive linemen Cordy Glenn and Kraig Urbik will not play because of ankle problems, and defensive tackle Spencer Johnson has also been ruled out. Safety Jairus Byrd and wide receiver Ruvell Martin were limited in practice.
