There are quite a few big games in the NFL this weekend across the nation. Let's take a look at what games will be on TV in the Bay Area. Information is courtesy of The506.com.
CBS: The lone game of the day will be between the Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs at 1:05 p.m. PT. These two AFC West foes have struggled most of the season with combined records of 3-9, although the Raiders are coming off a win over Jacksonville. Kevin Harlan and Solomon Wilcots will be the announcers for this one.
FOX Early Game: Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins will battle Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers in early action on FOX. Kickoff for this one is set for 10 a.m. PT and it'll be Sam Rosen and Brian Billick will call the action.
FOX Late Game: Just about the entire country will get the Cowboys and Giants at 4:25 p.m. PT. Dallas won the season opener over New York, although the Giants are 5-1 since then. Look for Tony Romo and Eli Manning to have big games against struggling secondaries. Thom Brennaman and Troy Aikman will be in booth.
Sunday Night Football: The Broncos and Saints meet on NBC in what should be a game with tons of scoring. Peyton Manning and Drew Brees should have no problem moving the ball against two secondaries that have struggled this year. Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth are the announcers as usual.
