95.7 The GAME announced on Tuesday the start of a sports reality competition called Lucky Break, which givies Bay Area sports fans their opportunity to earn a contract on the station and become a radio personality of their own.

Lucky Break will be hosted by CSN Bay Area's Brodie Brazil, while contestants will be coached by Dan Dibley from The Rise Guys and Brandon Tierney from The Drive. Program Director Jason Barrett, John Lund (Host of The Wheelhouse), and celebrity athletes from local Bay Area sports teams while serve as judges throughout the competition.
Sixteen (16) contestants will be chosen from the four (4) open auditions in and around the Bay Area where fans will show off their skills by performing sports updates and on-site segments and debates such as you would find on 95.7 The GAME.
Open auditions will begin on Wednesday February 8th at Pete's Tavern, 128 King St San Francisco, California 94107 (across from AT&T Park), and continue every Wednesday through February (Additional venues will be announced shortly) and posted
After 16 semi-finalists are selected, they will take part in head-to-head action on the radio, beginning Wednesday, March 8th from 7:00-9:00pm at Pete's Tavern in San Francisco and continuing every Wednesday through the Lucky Break Finale show on Wednesday, April 4th.
Judges will put contestants up for elimination every week, while Bay Area sports fans will have the opportunity to save their favorite contestant from being eliminated.
