Stanford Vs. Washington State: Cardinal Hit The Road Again, Face Cougars In Pullman

With their second home sweep in conference play this season already under their belt, the Stanford Cardinal (15-3, 5-1 Pac-12) will have one of their toughest challenges yet with three consecutive road games on the Docket, starting with the Washington State Cougars Thursday evening.

The Card enter the week tied for first place in the Pac-12 standings with Cal, but will need to get some wins on their weekend road trip. As winners of three straight, Stanford is playing the best they have all season, with much thanks to Josh Huestis and Josh Owens and a productive set of role players to boot.

The Cougars (9-8, 1-4 Pac-12) come in struggling, losers of four of their last five despitie a six game winning streak through most of December. Watch out for Brock Motum (15.4 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 56.1 percent FG), Faisal Aden (13.1 ppg, 20 steals, 23-27 free throws) and DaVonte Lacy (9.8 ppg, team-best 30 three-pointers) tonight for Washington State.
