The United Football League decided to shrink it's amount of teams in the 2011 season, meaning the Hartford Colonials were effectively shut down for the upcoming year. That left a team full of players with nowhere to go, which is why the league decided to hold a reallocation draft with them, with the Sacramento Mountain Lions taking six players from what used to be the Colonials. S John Busing

PRO CAREER: Busing played four seasons in the NFL. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals (2006-08) and Houston Texans (2009), and saw action in 43 games . . . His best season came with the Texans, recording 32 total tackles and an interception in 16 games. He led all Division I linebackers with five interceptions as a sophomore at Miami (Ohio).
DT Jonas Seawright

A season-long starter in Hartford in 2010, Seawright recorded 20 total tackles and two sacks in the middle of the Colonials' defensive line. He played for the New York Sentinels during the 2009 campaign and recorded four tackles and two pass defenses... He was on the 53-man roster for the New York Giants during the 2006 NFL season, playing in nine games and recording one tackle. He originally joined the Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys in May of 2009, but was waived ahead of the regular season.

PRO CAREER: Former fifth-round draft pick in the NFL by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2007. He played in 10 regular-season games as a rookie, recording 1 1/2 sacks and 14 total tackles. He also played with the Bucs in 2008 and played in two games with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2009.
Cornerback Manny Collins
