49ers vs. Saints Score: San Francisco Offense Struggling, Trail 17-3

The San Francisco 49ers' offense has still been held out of the end zone through three quarters and the third and fourth units are now into the game. It has not been a good night for the Niners and they have a lot to improve on.

Colin Kaepernick came back onto the field to start the fourth quarter and has played decently tonight despite not having any time to throw the football. He is 7-for-16 for 88 yards, though he did throw an interception in the third quarter. He is also the team's leader on the ground, rushing the ball three times for 36 yards.

The Saints scored their second touchdown on a 12-yard run from rookie Mark Ingram. He has 23 yards on six carries and has looked solid in his debut. Chase Daniel has taken the majority of the snaps for New Orleans and the former star quarterback from Mizzou is 11-for-19 with 116 yards and a QB rating of 75.8.
