Earthquakes vs. Dynamo, MLS Preview: Quakes Looking Extend Streak Against Dynamo

The San Jose Earthquakes and Houston Dynamo have grown to have a bit of a rivalry between them, a rivalry that will be renewed when the teams meet Saturday at Buck Shaw Stadium.

The Earthquakes are trying to turn their season around as they are currently owners of a four-game unbeaten streak, after coming away from Chicago with a 2-2 draw with the Fire last weekend, and wins over the Crew and Revolution the few weeks prior. San Jose has 13 points from 11 games on the season, sitting in a tie for seventh place in the Western Conference to start the week.

The Dynamo are in the midst of a six-game winless run, though twice coming back before settling for a 2-2 home draw with FC Dallas in their last match.

Kick off is set for 7:30 p.m. PT this evening with coverage on CSN California and MLS Match Day Live for paid subscribers.
