Quakes vs. Fire, MLS Preview: Quakes Look To Avenge Tuesday's Loss to Fire

Only four days after their match at Buck Shaw Stadium, the San Jose Earthquakes and Chicago Fire will play their second match of the week Saturday evening back in the Windy City. As part of an interesting home-and-home series, these two clubs will face off at Toyota Park with the Earthquakes looking to avenge their loss in penalty kicks to the Fire on Tuesday.

The Fire and Quakes match on Tuesday was actually a U.S. Open Cup match, not an MLS match, which the Fire haven’t won in eight straight league games. The Quakes on the other hand are coming off back-to-back league wins at home, and are looking to make it three in a row this evening.

Kick off is set for 5:30 PT on on CSN Bay Area as well as MLS Match Day Live for paid subscribers.
