Okay, so apparently Taj Gibson decided to make the 2011 Eastern Conference Finals his personal coming out party. First he decided to baptize Dwyane Wade like Scottie Pippen on Patrick Ewing (check out the video here). Then he played incredible defense for most of the game, being able to switch onto LeBron James on pick and rolls and play him straight up, play on the backline, pound the glass, block shots, and also knocked down some shots too. 9 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks and 2 assists, with a plus/minus of +17 to boot.
And at the end of the game, this happened.

It doesn't feel too bad to be Taj Gibson right now, doesn't it? Chicago is now up 1-0 on Miami. Game 2 is Wednesday Night.
