San Jose Earthquakes Scores, Schedule, News: SBNBA Begins MLS Coverage

Did you feel that? It's Earthquakes season everybody. 

Here at SB Nation Bay Area, we want to give the you, the fans, a comprehensive look at all sports in and around the Bay, so today we begin our coverage of the San Jose Earthquakes and their 2011 MLS campaign. The Earthquakes are already a few games into their season, but better late than never right?

San Jose will be looking to improve on their 2010 campaign where they finished in 8th place in the MLS, losing to the Colorado Rapids in the conference finals of last year's playoffs. The Quakes currently sit 3 points back in the Western Conference standings as they started the season with back-to-back 1-0 losses to the Colorado Rapids and Real Salt Lake, but bounced back for a 2-0 win against FC Dallas last Saturday as Chris Wondolowski buried both goals for San Jose. Wondolowski was the 2010 Budweiser MLS golden Boot Award winner, and will look to continue his dominance in 2011.
