The Saint Mary's Gaels hosted the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats on Saturday night and picked up another decisive victory over the visitors. With the 77-52 win, the Gaels remain undefeated at home. They're 7-0 in Moraga and hold an overall record of 8-1.
Fully four Saint Mary's scorers recorded double digits on the evening. Jorden Page led all scorers with 15 points. Steven Holt had 11 points, while Clint Steindl and Kenneth Walker each recorded 10 points.
The Gaels opened up a 36-24 lead in the first half and never looked back. They outbounded the Wildcats 43-21 and recorded 18 second-chance points in the rout.
Saint Mary's will stay at home and host the Kennesaw State Owls on Monday, December 19. After that, they will hit the road and face their toughest opponents of the season to date as they visit the No. 7 ranked Baylor Bears. That game will take place on Thursday, December 22.
