2011 Fry's.com Open: Briny Baird Leads at -13 Under, Tiger Woods at -4

PGA Tour veteran Briny Baird shot a -7 64 to vault himself to the top of the leaderboard at the Fry's.com Open, while former number one in the world Tiger Woods scratched and clawed his way to a second straight 68, leaving him at -4 for the week in San Martin.

Baird used seven birdies and an eagle on the day to shoot up the leaderboard to claim the top spot, followed by Paul Casey and Ernie Els, both two shots back at -10 for the tournament. Adam Hadwin, Charlie Wi, Bryce Molder and Bud Cauley sit behind them at -10, leaving a number of players within striking distance on Sunday to take home the trophy.

Tiger Woods is not one of those close enough to take the title, finding himself nine shots back at -4 for the week. His second consecutive 68 consisted of five birdies and two bogies on the day, though will sadly not be enough to take home his first title in the last two years.
