After almost two full hours of weather delays at the Fry's.com Open, Tiger Woods used a streak of birdies on his front nine this morning to get into red figures since his first hole of the tournament, shooting a 34 and getting off to a good start on his second round Friday at CordeValle in San Martin, CA.
Tiger had birdies at 11, and a streak of three of them from 14-16, but a pair of unfortunate bogies kept Tiger from really getting on a roll on Friday. He got it all the way to -1 after shooting +2 Thursday, but moved back into the black after a bogey on the 1st, his 10th hole of the day.
Garret Willis and Paul Casey lead the way thus far at -6, with Casey blazing the course at -5 for his round today through 12 holes played thus far. Bud Cauley remains one back at -5 par.
