In our society, a healthy-looking, well-groomed beard can mean a lot of things on a man. Most commonly, I think of either friendly, lovable characters (Al Borland) or a tough guy (Rick Ross). Either way, you think of manly men doing manly things.
↵And that is clearly what happened on Sunday’s scuffle between Vladimir Radmanovic and Baron Davis when the Warriors faced the Clippers. After Radmanovic’s hard foul on Davis’ fast break on layup, former teammate Davis had some harsh words for Radmanovic. So harsh that he got in Radmanovic’ grill and followed him all the way to the Warriors bench to gripe about it. Cameras continued to follow as they showed Davis still talking well into the TV-time out. Davis’ said they were just talking about their beards:
