Get off the computer and get in front of your TV (or if you don't actually have to get up, turn your head... and if you don't even have to turn you're head... well you're too lazy for your own good) because here's what's on the tube for you tonight. All times are pacific.
US Open Tennis | 3:00 p.m. | ESPN2 - I'll continue to post this and remind you good folks to watch this because it's great. Too many people write off tennis. If I could make a suggestion, watch when Fernando Verdasco is on. He's my favorite, and he's always in very intense matches.
SportsCenter Special: The NFL Insiders | 4:00 p.m. | ESPN - You know, I don't spend an awful lot of time watching ESPN these days. I think I'll turn this on and see how their NFL insiders are. This episode is billed as a preview of the 2010 NFL season.
NFL Total Access | 4:00 p.m. | NFL Network - Alternatively, I may just watch this at four, considering I love it. Don't know if Rich Eisen is on today, though, and that's important.
Cal-Hi Sports Bay Area | 5:00 p.m. | CSN California - I'm intrigued with how CSN's high school coverage will be, so I'll be checking this out of curiosity more than anything.
Chronicle Live | 5:00 p.m. | CSN Bay Area - This episode is live from the Oakland Coliseum, and if that piques your interests, it's worth a watch.
Giants @ Diamondbacks | 6:30 p.m. | CSN Bay Area - It's a pitching duel tonight, much like it was yesterday. Tim Lincecum pitches tonight, and if you're a Giants fan, I expect your eyes to be glued to the screen. Immediately preceded and followed by Giants Pregame and Postgame Live, respectively.
A's versus Mariners | 7:00 p.m. | CSN California - Tonight promises to be a good game as the A's will be playing with all their efforts focused on getting back to .500 and closer to the oh-so-close but oh-so-far-away playoffs. Immediately preceded and followed by A's Pregame and Postgame Live, respectively.
ESPN 30 for 30: One Night In Vegas | 8:00 p.m. | ESPN2 - I love the 30 for 30 series, and this one, having to do with Tupac Shakur and his death, and his friendship with Mike Tyson, is one I'm looking forward to watching tonight.
