The team confirmed that their eight man practice squad has been mostly-filled as of Sunday evening. The players signed to the squad are as follows:

DT Kellen Heard
LB Slade Norris
CB Joe Porter
S Stevie Brown
Raiders fans will be glad to see Stevie Brown on the squad, as he's become a fan favorite of sorts. There was a lot of complaining when he was cut, but this should fix things with the fans to an extent.
Also announced on Sunday was that the team placed defensive ends Jay Richardson and Alex Daniels, and cornerback Joey Thomas on injured reserve. These players will be paid for the year, the Raiders will own their rights, but they will not count toward the 53-man roster for the entirety of the 2010 NFL season.
