Owen Marecic is a pretty remarkable athlete. He plays fullback, the most underrated position in football. He plays inside linebacker, the most demanding and important position on defense. And he managed to score both ways last Saturday in South Bend, leading to Jim Harbaugh attempting ... uhh ... something that doesn't look remarkably close to a chestbump.

If I didn't know any better, I'd think Harbaugh wanted Marecic to wisk him off into the sunset. This isn't like Tebow-Meyer, which was rather on the sweet Notebook side--this seems more like macho Goose-and-Maverick slashery. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
