The title of this blog post says it all. My ability to articulate my feelings accurately is malfunctioning right now, so instead of ranting on about the deficiencies of Bay Area professional football, I'll just move on to your links for the day.
After the jump is all you need to know when it comes to the A's, Giants, 49ers, Raiders, Warriors, Sharks and all of Bay Area sports is laid in front of you by myself, as per our team specific blogs. So jump when I say jump... jump.
The Giants had a great win yesterday. Matt Cain was on fire, making people look silly all day and generally being Matt Cain to the best of his abilities. He actually had some run support too, which was nice of the Giants to provide. Good guys. Anyway, McCovey Chronicles has a postgame thread for your perusal.
Not good news for the A's, though. Not good news at all. It was an exciting game, though, in which the A's offense rallied and played well, but were ultimately unable to outscore the Rangers, who were on their .. well, their A-game. It hurt to type that. Athletics Nation has a postgame thread and recap.
What an ugly loss by the 49ers yesterday. Seriously, what happened with that? I'm not entirely sure, but it basically offended every one of my senses. Niners Nation has a postgame thread for that loss, and then once that filled up, they had another postgame thread with which to complain in. Pick your poison.
You may have missed it yesterday, but I linked to the post that Fear the Fin had regarding the Sharks preseason up until this point. On top of that, they had a fanshot linking to a bit about the team releasing 11 players from their training camp. I don't see a whole lot there of significance, which I suppose is a good sign.
Holy extensive preview, Batman! Golden State of Mind is getting geared up for the season with a rather large preview. Good read.
