Monta Ellis Cracks Dime Magazine's Top 50

To be more exact, Monta is the fortieth best player in the NBA. Based off voting by Dime’s staff, Monta is better than players like Ray Allen, alchemist Lamar Odom, and OJ Mayo, a player the Warriors purportedly wanted and were willing to trade Monta for. But what was alarming about this ranking, more than the ordering was this statement:

I always thought the complete opposite based on the number of charges Monta created because of his inability to change directions on a drive and in the paint. This spelled pure “athleticism” more than anything. What are your thoughts? “Technical” or not?
