Surfing The Bay: Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010

Get off the computer and get in front of your TV (or if you don't actually have to get up, turn your head... and if you don't even have to turn you're head... well you're too lazy for your own good) because here's what's on the tube for you tonight. All times are pacific.

US Open Early Round Play | 2 p.m. | ESPN2 - Same deal as the last few days: it's on, you watch it. Do it.

NFL Total Access | 3 p.m. | NFL Network - The new episode is on an hour early today, so if you're wanting to catch up on some NFL news and storylines before the games start, here's your best bet.

College Football: Southern Mississippi @ South Carolina | 4:30 p.m. | ESPN - Can you smell it? Sorry, that was me. On another note, College Football is here. It's back, and if you don't watch, then something is wrong with you. If something is actually wrong with you, well, I apologize, but watch this.

College Football: Northern Illinois @ Iowa State | 5 p.m. | CSN Bay Area - If this is more your thing than the game above, spend the extra thirty minutes preparing some form of hot dog, hot wing or something along those lines. Good stuff here.

NFL Football: Chargers @ 49ers | 7 p.m. | KPIX (CBS) - It's the last game of their preseason and the 49ers are looking to answer some questions at some backup positions and the 53-man roster.

Chronicle Live | 9 p.m. | CSN Bay Area - Should be a good episode taking a look at the football action going down in the Bay Area and more, so tune in to close out your night.
