The Giants are doing pretty well for themselves, no? They're playing some good baseball, and the games have been exciting recently. Let's see if they can keep doing it. The A's had a great game yesterday, too. Let's see if the football games are up to par tomorrow, as well. Should be a great weekend of sports in the Bay Area.
After the jump is all you need to know when it comes to the A's, Giants, 49ers, Raiders, Warriors, Sharks and all of Bay Area sports is laid in front of you by myself, as per our team specific blogs. So jump when I say jump... jump.
What a game. It wasn't fast-paced, kick-you-in-the face baseball, but it was a great game to watch. It was, at times, ugly and beautiful at the same time. McCovey Chronicles has a postgame thread for your enjoyment.
The A's had the Red Sox's number yesterday, and they lit them up good. I only caught parts of this game, but it definitely was enjoyable. Athletics Nation has a postgame thread.
Niners Nation had the team's final injury report going into tomorrow's game at Seattle.
If you're one for predictions, check out this post over at Silver and Black Pride in regards to predicting the outcome of the Raiders game/games.
Fear the Fin doesn't have much on the Sharks right now, mostly because the Sharks don't have much on the Sharks right now. But they do have a post on Evgeni Nabokov and his recent play in the Russian leagues.
