Get off the computer and get in front of your TV (or if you don't actually have to get up, turn your head... and if you don't even have to turn you're head... well you're too lazy for your own good) because here's what's on the tube for you tonight. All times are pacific.

X Games | 4:00 p.m. | ESPN - Nothing like a little bit of extreme sports, right? Motocross, freestyle bicycling and skateboarding anchor what should be an entertaining day of sporting action. Check it out.

NFL Total Access | 4:00 p.m. | NFL Network - Teams are reporting to training camp, rookies are signing and football is in the air. NFL Total Access is, in my mind, the best show on TV for straight up NFL news, so tune in RIGHT NOW for a new episode.

A's @ White Sox | 5:00 p.m. | CSN California - Coming off a disappointing loss, the best thing you can hope for is an encouraging win, right? The A's play the White Sox hard, so it should by all means be a good game to watch, check it out.

Chronicle Live | 5:00 p.m. | CSN Bay Area - They have a big episode today with plenty of quality people to report.. plenty of quality news! Matt Maiocco, Mychael Urban, Scott Ostler, Shawn Estes and Raiders QB Jason Campbell. Should be a good one.

Boxing: Rodriguez vs. Theophan | 6:00 p.m. | ESPN2 - It should be a slugfest, this one - and if baseball isn't your thing, may as well tune into a couple of guys punching eachother's lights out. Can't say much more than that.

Dodgers @ Giants | 7:00 p.m. | KNTV (NBC) - Beat LA. I seriously have nothing else to say. Do it.

Women's Tennis: Bank Of The West Classic | 8:00 p.m. | ESPN2 - Tennis is the only sport I like as much as football. It's one of my favorite things to watch, I didn't know this was coming up so I'll have to tune in to these quarterfinal matchups.
