Down By The Bay: Protip

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was exciting, but again it's all on the back of baseball! The Giants and A's have been keeping things going, the Warriors and Sharks are in a very slow part of the offseason, the Earthquakes are moving, but moving slowly. Cal and Stanford are moving, again - slowly. But the Raiders and 49ers are about to kick off training camp, and the news should be coming in. Awesome.

After the jump is all you need to know when it comes to the A's, Giants, 49ers, Raiders, Warriors, Sharks and all of Bay Area sports is laid in front of you by myself, as per our team specific blogs. So jump when I say jump... jump.

Giants: I love the headline for the post-game thread from McCovey Chronicles. Clearly the Giants kept it close just so we could enjoy an exciting, high-intensity, high-stakes game.. Protip, Giants, we'd rather you have won by another seven points. Just sayin'. They've also got the Minor Lines over there as well.

A's: Trevor Cahill was mightily impressive yesterday. I was switching back and forth between the games, and it seemed like every time I popped back over to the A's game, he was grounding a ball and making a batter look absolutely silly. Good stuff - Athletics Nation has a post-game thread here.

Cal: California Golden Blogs has another Golden Recruiting Wire for you to browse and get your fill of information.

Sharks: Nothing going on in Sharks news right now, but Fear The Fin did have a pretty big announcement for the writers there and the site in general.

49ers: Niners Nation had a post about fantasy football and drafting 49ers players, a post about the overall feeling of the 49ers fans and a look at the fans' confidence in first round selection Mike Iupati.

Raiders: Silver And Black Pride has a fanshot about the Rolando McClain signing, and they also have a post about the importance of Twitter. I think Twitter has been great for the NFL and sports in general. Everything is reported through there now and I, myself, am addicted.
