Down By The Bay: That's What It's About

Now THAT was some good baseball yesterday. I still can't believe it. Two really good games. The Giants and A's both won their games in some pretty exciting fashion, though I'll need to go back and watch the parts of the A's game I missed. How about that ninth inning for the Giants, huh? Some great stuff... Note that I ran out of time tonight, so tomorrow, Down By The Bay will be getting revamped.

After the jump is all you need to know when it comes to the A's, Giants, 49ers, Raiders, Warriors, Sharks and all of Bay Area sports is laid in front of you by myself, as per our team specific blogs. So jump when I say jump... jump.

Giants: What else can you do but check out the postgame thread over at McCovey Chronicles? Nothing, that's what else you can do. Go and check it out, comment, be happy. All of that good stuff.

A's: Oh hey, the other team won too! The A's won in extra innings in what was a pretty good game. It's funny, all I read about was how the Red Sox would use the A's as a much needed facet with which to rebound -- yet they've lost two in a row to them. Great stuff. Athletics Nation has, as usual, the recap for you to read and discuss.

Cal: Well... that sucks. No, really, it does. You don't know what I'm talking about? Well.. Chris Martin is transferring from Cal.. Yeah, it's not good stuff. I wish him the best, but it is unfortunate.

49ers: I guess, aside from baseball, not a whole lot went down yesterday. Niners Nation took a look at what the most intriguing training camp battles and that is pretty much it..
