Surfing The Bay: Friday, June 25th, 2010

Get off the computer and get in front of your TV (or if you don't actually have to get up, turn your head... and if you don't even have to turn you're head... well you're too lazy for your own good) because here's what's on the tube for you tonight. All times are pacific.

NHL On The Fly: Draft Preview | 3:00 PM | NHL Network - I'm unsure just how much time (if any) the Sharks will get in this draft preview episode, but it's fair to assume they'll touch up on the entirety of the first round, including the Sharks and the 28th overall pick.

2010 NHL Entry Draft | 4:00 PM | Versus - For fans of hockey, there is absolutely no reason to watch anything else today, much like I said for fans of the NBA yesterday. The NHL draft will be live on Versus and you should spend your afternoon/evening being completely and utterly unproductive while witnessing the fate of your favorite team.

Track & Field: U.S. Outdoor Championsips | 5:00 PM | ESPN - I'm going to tune into this out of curiosity. In the past few days I've watched a whole lot of soccer, mixed martial arts, tennis, racing, volleyball and cycling. Why not add Track and Field to that mix? Never have watched it on TV so I don't know how it is. Let's find out together.

MLS Soccer: San Jose @ Real Salt Lake | 6:00 PM | CSN Bay Area - The MLS kicks (back) off after their World Cup break with this matchup. There's no team in the MLS hotter than Real Salt Lake right now - it will be interesting to see if they can be stifled by the Earthquakes.

A's Pregame Live | 6:30 PM | CSN California - The A's are gearing up for a contest with the Pirates and Pregame Live will have you covered.

Pirates @ Athletics | 7:00 PM | CSN California - If you're a fan of the A's and not the Giants, well this is obviously the game for you. You can check out our story stream on the game for a preview and any relevant news pertaining to the game.

Red Sox @ Giants | 7:00 PM | KNTV - The flipside of the above game, the other Bay Area baseball team (that's the Giants, folks) will be visited by the Red Sox to begin a series.
