Sharks Fall To Blues, Lose Two Straight

St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - David Perron scored a goal and Jaroslav Halak turned away 25 shots as St. Louis stymied San Jose, 2-0, at Scottrade Center.

Matt D'Agostini notched the other goal while Alex Pietrangelo added two assists for the Blues, who have won a franchise-record 12 straight home games dating back to last season.

Halak registered his third shutout of the season and the 12th of his career to improve to a perfect 6-0-0 at home this season.

Antti Neimi stopped 27 shots in defeat for the Sharks, who have been blanked in three straight road contests.

San Jose center Joe Thornton was given a game misconduct for a hit to the head on Perron 5 1/2 minutes into the second period.
