Since its inception waaaay back in the Aughts, SB Nation has grown to encompass most every major professional sports franchise in America and a multitude around the world. As you see here at SB Nation Bay Area, the network has expanded into regional sites as well. However, before there was an SB Nation Bay Area, and before an overwhelming majority of our sites, SB Nation was comprised of a handful of team blogs.
