Stanford remains healthy despite the loss to Washington.
The Stanford Cardinal unfortunately fell to the Washington Huskies on Thursday by the score of 17-13 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, though luckily came out of the game without any injuries to report.
It was the Huskies that were supposed to be short-handed as offensive lineman, Colin Tanigawa (knee) Erik Kohler (leg) both did not suit up against Stanford, while defensive tackle Danny Shelton (leg) is now questionable for the Huskies next meeting, with Oregon on Oct. 6. They've also lost six other players indefinitely or for the rest of the season, battling hard for their first win against a top 10 opponent since 2009.
The Cardinal have not been able to completely avoid injures as running back Anthony Wilkerson missed the Washington game with a leg injury. Fullback Geoff Meinken is dealing with a knee injury suffered earlier in the year, though is expected to return sometime in mid October. They also lost tackle Cole Underwood for the season with a knee injury suffered in practice in late August.
The Stanford Cardinal will take on the Arizona Wildcats from Stanford Stadium next Saturday, with kickoff set for noon PT.
