2012 College football rankings: BlogPoll ranks the Stanford Cardinal at No. 14 after Saturday's win

The Stanford Cardinal defeated the Oregon St. Beavers on Saturday and moved up two spots in the BlogPoll.

The Stanford Cardinal moved up two spots to No. 14 in this week's SB Nation BlogPoll, the second-highest ranked Pac-12 team.

The top team in the BlogPoll is the Oregon Ducks for the first time this season. The Ducks received 44 first-place votes compared to 24 for the second-ranked Kansas St. Wildcats who also moved up one spot from No. 3. The movement comes on the heels of the Alabama Crimson Tide dropping to No. 4 after losing to the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday. The Georgia Bulldogs make up the rest of the top five.

The Cardinal are followed by the No. 16 Oregon St. Beavers, No. 17 UCLA Bruins and No. 21 USC Trojans as Pac-12 teams in the BlogPoll.

The Cardinal are coming off a 27-23 win over the Beavers in the first of three games against ranked teams for finish the season. Next up are the Ducks in a nationally televised showdown on ABC on Saturday.
